Sportsman's classic layout is the product of Edward B. Dearie, a protégé of the legendary golf course architect Donald Ross. Many Ross influences can be found at Sportsman's, most notably the strategically designed bunkering that deftly routes play, as well as the gently contoured putting surfaces. Sportsman's classic push-up greens are a delight to play, and reward fine shot making. With the ever changing local winds, the holes can play quite differently from day to day, and the Dearie design accommodates the changing wind direction easily.

Enjoy all the amenities of this private country club. Rolling Green Country Club was founded in 1924. Elevated tees, undulating greens, well-contoured sand traps, colorful trees and attractive flower beds lend beauty and challenge to Rolling Green's exciting 18 holes.  The course itself is a well manicured, architecturally excellent par 72 layout.  Its narrow fairways have several well-placed hazards that demand straight golf shots.  Greens are sloped, slanted and hilly, which allows exceedingly difficult pin placement- the hallmark of a course named "Rolling Green".

You will drop your clubs at the valet in the front the club house and check-in will be in the ladies’ locker room where you will have your own locker for the day.

There is also unlimited access to the range that includes a chipping green and 2 putting greens.

You have your choice of walking with a caddy or cart with a chase caddy. The course is designed for easy walking.

In terms of describing the difficulty here are some comparisons. As you probably know, for us amateur golfers the slope is the most relevant number for comparisons.
